Industrial: Bill White

First up – in the Industrial Setting – we’ve got Bill White from Workfit! With over 30 years in the game, Bill is a mentor, a leader, and—let’s be real—a lifesaver.

When a colleague suffered a medical emergency, Bill didn’t hesitate—he coordinated emergency assistance, made sure she got the care she needed, and then he took over her entire site while still managing his own!

College: Erin Guidarelli

From the college world, let’s hear it for Erin Guidarelli of Clark College!

Erin doesn’t just treat injuries—she’s changing the game. / She built community partnerships to enhance athlete care, introduced cutting-edge data analysis to prevent injuries, and made sure every student-athlete gets top-tier support on AND off the field.

Her secret weapon? She makes every athlete feel heard, valued, and supported.

Outreach: Nate Allgaier

Representing High School Outreach, it’s Nate Allgaier of Nixa High School - Mercy Sports Medicine!

Nate doesn’t just show up on game day—he’s EVERYWHERE. From state championship coverage to national and state committees, he’s fighting to improve athletic training for EVERYONE.

And when his athletes need extra care? Nate finds specialists, coordinates off-campus treatment, and ensures no athlete falls through the cracks. That is dedication!

High School: Chelsey Hoyt

And finally… a true hero on and off the field. Chelsey Hoyt of Spaulding High School in Vermont.

Picture this: A student collapses on the field, their heart stops. In that terrifying moment, Chelsey jumps into action, performs life-saving CPR, and helps save the student’s life. That is why Athletic Trainers matter!

And beyond emergencies? Chelsey is working with school nurses to support students’ mental health, academics, and overall well-being.

Chelsey, you’re more than an AT—you’re a lifesaver.
