Qualifying purchases include Sway Concussion, Healthy Roster EMR, or both, at or above the minimum spend set by Healthy Roster. Access at no charge begins when the agreement is signed and continues for the rest of the 2026-27 school year, until the 2027-28 contract term begins. The first payment is due when the 2027-28 contract term begins, in the organization's next budget cycle, as set out in its agreement. One iPad per qualifying agreement, shipped to the organization when the first payment is made. Quotes issued at previous pricing do not qualify.
