Job Title: Healthy Roster Sales Representative (Remote)

Location: Working remotely on Pacific Standard Time

Compensation: $85,000 OTE (on-target earnings)

Travel: Occasional travel (4-6 weeks per year, 2-4 days at a time for trade shows)

Availability: Must be able to Start on January 5th, 2026

Position Overview:

We are seeking a charismatic and driven Athletic Trainer on the west coast to join our team. This individual will play a key role in promoting our platform to other athletic trainers and sports organizations. Candidates with previous usage of our platform will be strongly considered. We also value solid communication skills and a passion for the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the athletic training industry.

  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Healthy Roster.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.

  • Attend athletic training trade shows and events to represent Healthy Roster and generate leads.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate Healthy Roster’s unique value.

Qualifications:

  • Charismatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of the athletic training profession.

  • Familiarity with Healthy Roster.

  • Proven sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
